Turquoise promotes stability. It helps to protect us as we do the work of releasing old patterns and ways of being that no longer serve us, and helps to protect us and dispel negative energy. It lends us strength as well as creates a sense of inner calm. When I wear turquoise, it feels like having my feet in the squishy mud after it rains. Like being on a quiet forest walk, and breathing the cleanest air. It reminds me that I am of the Earth, and that I am always, always held here. I am a part of this ecosystem, not apart from it. Each stone is a little different. Some pieces have little veins or other character marks, but most of them are pure blue like the ocean around some tropical island.
