In early 2024 a white raven was born in my hometown of Anchorage, Alaska. There are a lot of legends about Raven in Alaska, and one of them is that when the white raven returns to Alaska, its a sign that there will be great healing for Alaska Native people.  Ravens only appear black to the human eye -- to other creatures that have different types of vision ranges, they appear rainbow colored. I used rainbow moonstone to capture that idea. Most of these stones are primarily white, but as you move, flashes of color appear, giving you a brief glimpse into the vision of our animal relatives.
